1. Q: What does FOB mean?

A: Free on Board (FOB) is a type of shipping term.
Under FOB, the Supplier is responsible for delivering the order to the Origin Port and loading it onto the ship, as well as all cost and risk associated with those duties (including the terminal handling charge). As soon as the order passes the ship’s railing at the Origin Port, risk is transferred from the Supplier to the Buyer

2. Q: What does EXW mean?

A: Ex Works (EXW) is a type of shipping term.
Under EXW, the Supplier is only responsible for making the order available for pickup at the Supplier's factory or another agreed-upon location. The Buyer bears the full responsibility, cost, and risk after the order leaves that location.
