Unsatisfied with Trade Assurance dispute result/processing. What should I do?

The dispute is still under negotiation:
If you are unsatisfied with the proposals supplier provided, you could consider to escalate the case from the 4th day and alibaba dispute team will step in to handle the case for you.

The dispute is escalated and still under processing:
If you are unsatisfied with the proposal agent advised, please respond with your proposal on the dispute page directly and the agent will try his best to satisfy both parties.

The dispute is closed:
a. The case closed due to no response: You can open a new dispute if the Trade Assurance order is still under coverage (Trade Assurance coverage ends after 30 days of order receipt).

b. The case closed with solution provided: Please contact the customer service team for further assistance.
