How do I bind security phone to my account?

To bind phone number to your account and enable SMS verification, you need to complete the verification via email first. 

If you have no access to your account: seek help from Alibaba.com Customer Service.

If you have access to your account: go to My Account, click Enter Mobile Number and enter the phone number. Follow the guides to finish binding.
