What is Authorization Letter?

The Authorization Letter is the Power of Attorney or proof showing that you have been authorized by the IPR holder as the intellectual property enforcement agent to submit and follow up the complaints related to the holder’s IPR infringement (including trademark, copyright and patent infringement).

Please follow the steps as below to submit the Authorization Letter:

1)    Download the Authorization Letter template when all the related IPR information has been filled in.

2)    Fill in the Authorization Letter and have the IPR holder to sign (for Individual) or affix the company chop (for Enterprise). Then, please upload a digital photo or a scanned copy of the original Authorization Letter.

Note: You may also use the authorization letter issued by the IPR holder directly, but please explicitly clarify the authorization to enforce the IPR in the authorization letter.
