What can I do if supplier does not confirm my order?

Please contact your supplier to confirm order. In case your supplier refused to confirm, as an information platform, it's a pity that we can not inforce the supplier to confirm it nor inform supplier of confirming it.  In this case, you are suggested to cancel order and place a new one with other suppliers. Your kind understanding is highly appreciated.
