What can I do if I forget payment password?

Kindly reset your payment password by following the steps below if you forgot it.

Step 1. Click here to visit our account home page.

Step 2. Click "Forget payment password" button.

Step 3. Click "Click here to receive verification code" button and enter the 6 digits received by your phone bound to your account and submit.

Step 4. After verified successfully, you could set up a new payment password.

If you did not receive SMS verification code,please pay attention to the reasons below :
1. Your text code may take up to 10 minutes to receive (depending on your local mobile operator. Please do not repeat clicking.
2. Network anomalies may cause loss of messages. Please re-submit request or try again later with different browsers or with browser cookies cleared.
3. Please check if your mobile phone is out of service, our message is blocked by mailbox service supplier or message inbox is full.
