Why cannot I pay for my Secure Payment order via T/T?

Here are some situations for you to make payment via T/T. Sincerely hope that it could help you:

1. Swift code cannot be recognized:
Kindly try with the correct swift code as 'CITISGSG' or 'CITISGSGXXX' when making payment. Either of them is okay.

2. Currency does not support:
Kindly note that our Secure Payment order service only support dollars. Please transfer your payment in USD only.

3. Can not find T/T option:
Kindly click "More Payment Methods" button at the page after clicking "Pay Now", and then you will see "Wire Transfer" at the bottom. After clicking "Wire Transfer" button to continue, you will see the bank account information as listed to make payment.

4. Button does not work/Page does not load:
According to my experience, it must be the browser cookie issue. I kindly recommend you to clear cookies first or try with other browsers to pay again.

5. Each bank account information is different:
Please kindly note that each time when you choose to pay via T/T, system will generate a bank account for you automatically. Each of them is different, however each of them is correct as well.
