How do I modify my Secure Payment order?

Regret to inform you that once your Secure Payment order is placed, you are unable to modify it. However, with the order status of the supplier preparing to ship your order, you could click "Extend Processing Time" to give your supplier more time to prepare your goods. The extended and the original processing time in total is no more than 90 days.

At your supplier's side, before payment, your supplier is able to modify the order amount for you directly. You supplier could also extend the time to confirm goods receipt. As to other info such as shipment address or product details, it can't be modifed and we kindly suggest you contact the supplier directly for further assistance.
