Why can't I respond to certain complaints?

Whether allowed to response depends on the complaint's status. Click here to view all complaints submitted.

Scene 1:  If the status is 'Awaiting my response', click 'Respond Now' to reply.



Scene 2: If the status is 'Awaiting the other party's response' or 'Processing', please wait for further instructions. If required to respond, we will notify you (usually via email) and reply accordingly.
If still not works, contact our Customer Service Team.
