Can I change the covered amount of my order after I have paid in full and am I then still protected by Trade Assurance?
The covered amount can be modified before your balance is paid or received. You can click ‘Request Modification’ to ask the supplier to change the coverage type for you. Please be aware that if your order coverage type has been changed, the covered amount will also be updated.
If you choose pre-shipment coverage, you will be covered for the actual initial payment received for the order. If you choose post-delivery coverage, you will be covered for the total amount of the actual payment received for the order.
