What should I do if the inspector rejects my refund request?

If the inspector refuses the refund request, you must do one of the following within 7 days:

  • If you want to attempt to settle with the inspector again, you can modify the request in any manner you choose, which may or may not involve changes to the amount requested, and then re-submit the refund request.
  • If you no longer wish to request the refund, you can cancel the refund request.
  • If you want Alibaba.com to help settle the issue, you can file a dispute. Inspection Service representatives will mediate the dispute fairly and make a decision based on the evidence provided by both sides.
  • If you do not take any of these actions within 7 days, your payment held in Secure Payment will be released to the inspector.
