Why cannot I pay for my Trade Assurance order via e-Checking?

Pleae find the specific failure reason on the payment page.

1)   Exceed payment limit   
Failure message: Current payment is failed on this transaction as it exceeds the ACH $50000 or SEPA $10000 per transaction limit. Please pay via [T/T]
Failure reason:
the payment exceeds the ACH $50000 or SEPA $10000 per transaction limit
Suggestion: please try again via T/T

2)  VC verification uncomplete
Failure message: Please complete VC validation
Failure reason:
transaction amount is big
Suggestion: please complete VC validation on the order detail page

3)  Registration email unverified
Failure message: Please complete email verification and pay again
Failure reason:
payment via e-checking needs email verification, and now email unverified
Suggestion: please complete email verification and pay again

4) For security concern  
Failure message: Current payment is failed on this transaction. Please pay via [T/T]
Failure reason:
this transaction was rejected for security concern
Suggestion: please try again via other payment methods, like T/T. e-Checking not allowed to pay for this order.

5)  Card key info incorrect
Failure message: Account information mistake. Please confirm the account number, bank SWIFT code are all correct. Or pay via [T/T]
Failure reason: card key information filled in is incorrect, like bank account NO., bank SWIFT code, etc.
Suggestion: please ensure the card info is correct or try T/T payment methods

6)  Bank account unauthorized
Failure message: The account is not authorized to debit. Please contact your bank to open the function or try another account or pay via [T/T]
Failure reason: your account is not authorized by card issuer
Suggestion: Please contact your bank to open the debit function or try another account or pay via [T/T]

7)  Insufficient funds
Failure message: Your bank account balance is insufficient. Please make sure your balance is sufficient before making the payment again
Failure reason: the bank account balance is insufficient
Suggestion: please recharge to your bank account or explore other payment methods

8)  VC verification failed
Failure message: Your payment failed.The funds will be returned to your bank account within 2-3 working days. Please make the payment again with a different bank account or using a different payment method
Failure reason: transaction amount is big but VC verification failed
Suggestion: please explore other payment methods

9) Bank account unverified
Failure message: You failed to complete account verification within 6 calendar days after initiating payment. Please verify your account and pay again
Failure reason: failed to complete account verification within 6 calendar days after initiating payment
Suggestion: please verify your account and pay again, or explore other payment methods

10)  Bank account verification failed
Failure message: Bank account verification failed, therefore we failed to submit the transaction to your bank. Please make the payment again with a different bank account or using a different payment method
Failure reason: bank account verification failed
Suggestion: please try another bank accounts or explore other payment methods

11)  Transaction timeout
Failure message: The transaction timed out. Please try again. You can also try another bank account or pay via [T/T]
Failure reason: the transaction timed out or network environment is unstable
Suggestion: please try again later, try another bank accounts or explore other payment methods
