Why cannot I pay for my Trade Assurance order via T/T?

Here are some situations for you to make payment via T/T:

1. TT beneficiary account number cannot be recognized:
To make payment successfully, you could check the correct beneficiary bank account information under "Payment details" session at the order detail page.
After that, please note down/print the beneficiary bank account info and go to local banks to wire( if online banking service available, wiring online is OK). It takes about 3-7 business days to arrive.

2. Swift code cannot be recognized:
Kindly try with the correct swift code as 'CITIHKHX' or 'CITIHKHXXXX' when making payment. Either is okay.
Reminder: when choosing beneficiary bank, choose CITI BANK N.A. HONGKONG instead of CITI BANK HONGKONG BRANCH.

3. My bank requires beneficiary's contact address:
For the beneficiary's contact address, it refers to the supplier's address.
To get the beneficiary's contact address, contact your supplier directly.

4. T/T payment button is grey:
Sorry that due to our payment system, you are unable to click payment button to pay via T/T.
Instead, please note down/print the beneficiary bank account info and go to local banks to wire( if online banking service available, wiring online is OK). 

5. Bank requires routing number:
Normally, BSB number is the same as swift code. I kindly recommend you to try the BSB number as swift code.
If it failed and the BSB number is necessary, please try to enter "NA" as the BSB number.

6. Bank requires IBAN code:
Normally, IBAN code is the beneficiary bank account.
If your bank asks for IBAN code, enter the beneficiary bank account as IBAN code.

7. Bank requires zip code:
Zip code is 999077.
