When will the supplier ship my order?
1. For online orders (Secure Payment orders and Trade Assurance orders)
The shipping date will have been confirmed by you and the supplier in the order. Please log in to All Orders in My Alibaba and click View More to check the shipping information under the order details.
For Secure Payment orders, check the following section under order details:
For Trade Assurance orders placed via "Buy now", please check the shipping tab under the order details page.
For Trade Assurance orders not placed via "Buy now", please check the following section under order details.
If you cannot find the shipping information under the order details or you want to know more precise information about your shipment, please contact the supplier directly to ask about the shipping status.
2. For offline orders
Please contact your supplier directly for shipping information.
3. For AliExpress orders
Please contact AliExpress customer service team.
If you try to contact the supplier and they don't reply, or the supplier doesn't ship within the agreed shipping date, you can submit a dispute:
