I received a message saying my initial payment was insufficient. What should I do?
It is possible that bank charges were deducted from your payment so the received payment is less. Please contact your bank for more information. You can ask the supplier to confirm your payment. After the supplier confirms, your order status will change to ‘Waiting for supplier to ship order ’. If you need to pay more for the Trade Assurance order, please pay the same bank account as before.
If the received payment for your Secure Payment Order is less, please don't pay again. You could ask your supplier to confirm the payment and send less goods.
