What should I do if the supplier does not respond after I place my order?
Try other channels of communication to contact the supplier first. If still not works:
Scene 1: For order unpaid
Click "Cancel Order" to close the order and place a new one on other suppliers.
Scene 2: For order paid
If you have paid it and the supplier does ship as per the contract, click "Apply for refund" to open dispute and get your money back.
