How do I cancel disputes for offline orders?

To cancel a dispute for your offline order, please:
Go to Complaint Center - Manage Complaints-Complaints I Submitted, find the dispute and click Cancel Complaint.


Before case is escalated to Alibaba Dispute Team, you can cancel it anytime.

After escalated, dispute team will email you. Please respond the dispute online to specify that you want to cancel it when dispute staff contact you. And they will cancel it for you.
