If your complaint status is 'Awaiting the other party's response' or 'Processing', please wait for further instructions from us. When we need you to issue a response, we'll alert you via email. Then please sign in to the Complaint Center and click 'Respond Now'.
Our dispute team will communicate with both parties. When the case is waiting for an update from the other party, you will not be able to upload more information.
