What can I do if I fail to submit the complaint in Complaint Center?

If you failed to submit your complaint in Complaint Center, an error message pops up. The failure reasons and corresponding solutions are below:

1. Please fill all requested info in the blank with Red Star
2. If some buttons in the Complaint Center are not working, or the page shows loading all the time, generally something goes wrong with the network environment.
Please change to other browsers (Chrome and Firefox recommended), clear up your browser’s cookies and try again. 

If still not works, contact Customer Service Team for help.
