How can I submit evidence for my claim?

To submit for evidence for your complaint, you can simply find your case in the Complaint Center and submit the documents.

However, in below cases, you are unable to add the evidence:

1. The case has not yet been processed by Alibaba.com or is pending for dispute team to verify the proofs.
2. For fraud case which is pending for seller to add more information.
