What are supported payment methods for Trade Assurance orders?

There are five payment methods available for Trade Assurance orders: T/T (telegraphic transfe/ bank transfer), Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), e-Checking, Boleto and Pay Later.

Limitation

1) No payment limit for each transaction

2) Buyers need to make payment to designated Citi Bank account listed on

order checkout page

3) payment currency:

RMB/USD/HKD/GBP/EUR/SGD/AUD/CAD/JPY

Visa, Master Card only

1) No more than 50,000USD per transaction

2) Buyers with American checking account only

Cumulative USD3,000 monthly per account No more than the credit available

Payment receipt

3-7 working days
(Payment needs to be linked  manually to certain Trade Assurance order by supplier)

Arrive immediately after payment success and check pass

4-5 working days

2~4 working day 1~3 working day

Transaction fee

Depends on region and bank. Check with your bank for details

2.95% of payment for order placed from Jue.4,2018 onwards (2.4% for earlier orders)

USD 15 per payment (free until Mar. 31,2019)

1.35% of payment  Free

Party to cover transaction fee

Please negotiate with your supplier, and add transaction fee to the payment amount if you are responsible for the fee

Notes:
1. Payment receipt duration is counted by working days. There might be a delay for Credit Card payment because of holidays in United Kingdom, and delay for e-Checking payment because of holidays in the US.
2. There will be security check for each transaction by Credit Card and E-Checking. If payment failed, you might use T/T instead to try again.
3. Payment through other payment methods, such as PayPal、Western Union, etc. are not be
 covered by Trade Assurance Service.
