What can I do if my supplier refuses to support the Trade Assurance service?

If your supplier does support the Trade Assurance service but they refuse to use it, please negotiate with them for solution first, considering Trade Assurance cannot support all products or categories. If the product is supported by the Trade Assurance service but your supplier still refuses to use it, you can file a report to Alibaba.com and we will process it.

1. Sign in to the Complaint Center, choose Trade Assurance supplier refuses to offer coverage and click "Complaint".

2. Fill in your complaint form and submit.
