To check the complaint in detail, please go to our Complaint Center at https://service.alibaba.com/complaint/center/list.htm and respond to this complaint with your intended action and attach supporting documents within 5 business days (Beijing Time) after you get this notice. If no response is received after this time, Alibaba.com reserves the right to cancel your Membership without prior notice.
If you've reached an agreement with the buyer regarding this complaint, you may ask them to cancel their complaint from Complaint Center or notify us that they wish to cancel the complaint against you.
