How do I respond to a trade dispute/complaint?

To check the details of the complaint, please go to our Complaint Center at https://service.alibaba.com/complaint/center/list.htm and to respond to the complaint received.

You may also contact the buyer to try and resolve the complaint through mediation in good faith. If you've reached an agreement, please ask them to cancel their complaint from Complaint Center or notify us that they wish to cancel the complaint against you. They must provide supporting evidence supporting this request.
