What can I do if my supplier refuses to support the Trade Assurance service?

If your supplier does support the Trade Assurance service but they refuse to use it, please negotiate with them first. This is because Trade Assurance cannot support all products or categories. If the products can be supported by the Trade Assurance service, but your supplier still refuses to use it after communication, you can file a report to Alibaba.com by following the steps below and we will then investigate the issue.

1. Sign in to the Complaint Center 
and click "Complaint" on the section indicating that a Trade Assurance supplier refuses to offer coverage.

2. Enter the details of your complaint in the form.

3. Click “Submit”
