How do I cancel disputes for offline orders?
To cancel a dispute for your offline order, please take the following steps:
1. Sign in to the Complaint Center and click "Manage Complaints".
2. Click "Complaints I Submitted" and "Cancel Complaints".
3. Choose the reason to cancel the complaint and click Submit.
4. If you had already escalated the dispute, dispute team will email you. Please respond the dispute online to specify that you want to cancel the dispute when dispute agent asks you to respond the dispute. After that, they will cancel it for you.
Note: Please cancel a dispute only if you have resolved the problems with the supplier.
