How do I contact the dispute team for my case?

You can check your case status in Complaint Center.

If you want to contact the dispute team but the case is still waiting for you to respond, please click "Respond Now" and leave your message

If you have received the email from the agent assigned to your case, please reply to his email if there is anything you need to complement;

If your order is completed but you are not satisfied with the result, please contact our LiveChat Service Teamlivechat.PNG.
