Why cannot I pay for my Secure Payment order via Credit Card?

Here are some possible reasons why your credit card payment may not have been accepted:

1. Type of card used: Please make sure your card is either Visa or MasterCard or a Maestro debit card.
2. 3-D Security Code:
3-D Secure is an XML-based protocol designed to be an additional security layer for online credit and debit card transactions. When making payments on Alibaba.com, you must have an activated 3-D Secure Code (verified by Visa or MasterCard® SecureCode) in order to use your credit card. This security measure protects users against identity theft.
Please contact your bank to confirm whether your card has been authorized for 3-D Secure Authentication.

3. Card validity and limit: your card may have expired or your payment has exceeded the card limit on your credit card.

If your card payment has failed, please follow the suggestions listed below, and note the error code shown:

If it shows above reminding, please send bellow documents to security@aliexpress.com with the mail subject "Verification for Your Order on Alibaba". You will generally get a reply within 3-5 working days.
1). The high-resolution photos of both sides of your identification documents. (They should be valid documents such as Passport, Identification Card, Driving license, etc.)
2). The high-resolution photos of both sides of the card which you used to pay this order. (In order to keep your credit card information confidential, you could cover part of your credit card number. However, please keep the last 4 digits visible.)
3). The high-resolution photos of the card billing documents. (The billing documents contain the card payment and repayment records, it could be issued by online credit card bank website as well as local card bank agency.)
Under specific conditions, if payment has been deducted, the refund will be made to your original account within 7-10 working days.

5. "This payment method does not support this card."
